ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY OF HAIR PRODUCTS (If applicable)
If you purchase products (hook sets, accessories, etc.) through our online store:
2.1. Delivery Areas We deliver to Metropolitan France, Europe and [Other countries/areas, e.g., French Overseas Departments and Territories]. For any delivery requests outside these areas, please contact us directly.
2.2. Delivery Methods and Rates Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of order, based on the total weight and destination. We offer the following shipping methods:

Colissimo (La Poste): Home delivery with tracking.

Click & Collect (In-Salon Pickup): Free. You can pick up your order directly at the salon, subject to availability.

2.3. Delivery Times

Order processing: Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping: The indicative shipping times are:

France: 7 working days.

Europe: 10 working days.

Overseas territories: 13 working days. LOCO EGS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to postal or transport services (strikes, bad weather, etc.).

2.4. Order Tracking As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to check the progress of your delivery.
2.5. Receipt and Claims If the package arrives damaged or if products are missing:

Take clear photos of the condition of the box and the products.

Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt at contact@locoegs.com, specifying your order number.
All our hairdressing services are performed at the salon, located at the following address: 16 rue des postes 93300 Aubervilliers.
1.1. Booking an Appointment Appointments can be booked directly on our website, or via social media (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok)
1.2. Confirmation and Reminder After confirmation of your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS.
A reminder will be sent to you 48 hours before the scheduled date.
